Sapota / Chikoo

Sapota fruit or Chikoo has sweet and grainy pulp and has a distinct aroma, which is appetizing and is thus a nice option for making delicious milkshakes. You can also make icecreams, falooda, barfi. Brown skinned sapotas are smooth to grainy textured, musky scented and deliciously sweet in taste. The flesh generally contains 2 to 3 large and inedible black seeds.
